Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid Menu Lyns subscriptions. It is part of our Terms of Service. Payments are handled by Paddle, our payment provider, which processes charges and refunds for us.
1. Free trial
Every account starts with a 30-day free trial, and no credit card is needed to begin. If you do not subscribe, the trial simply ends and you are never charged.
2. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period starts. To avoid a renewal, cancel before your renewal date. If a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us within 7 days and we will try to help.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and we do not refund partial periods.
4. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you were charged twice or the wrong amount, let us know and we will refund verified errors in full.
5. How refunds work
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle. They usually take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
6. How to request a refund
Email hello@menulyns.com from your account email with your Paddle order or receipt number and the reason for your request. We will get back to you quickly.
